We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed for shipping.

How much does shipping cost?
We are pleased to offer complimentary free shipping on all orders across India.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard delivery times are:
- Hyderabad: 1-2 business days
- Metro Cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, etc.): 3-5 business days
- Rest of India: 5-8 business days
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
What should I do if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
We take full responsibility for ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event that your item is damaged or lost, please contact us immediately at support@williamashford.in with your order number, and we will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India.

What is your return policy?

What are your shirts made of?
We use premium, long-staple cotton and other high-quality fabrics that are selected for their comfort, durability, and excellent feel.
How should I care for my William Ashford shirt?
To ensure the longevity of your shirt, we recommend you machine wash it in cold water with similar colors. Tumble dry on a low setting or hang dry. A light iron if needed. Please avoid using bleach.
