At William Ashford, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your shirt, we are here to help. Our policy is designed to be simple, fair, and straightforward.
Our Policy
We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility and Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- It must have all original tags and labels attached.
- It must be in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Initiating a return or exchange is a simple 3-step process:
Step 1: Contact Us
Please email our support team at support@williamashford.in with your Order Number and the reason for your request (e.g., return for refund, exchange for a different size).
Step 2: Await Instructions
Our team will review your request and respond within one business day with detailed instructions and to confirm the return authorization.
Step 3: Prepare for Pickup
For your convenience, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the item from your address. Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging and ready for the courier.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive the original item, we will dispatch the new size to you, subject to availability. There will be additional shipping charges for exchanges.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that items purchased during a "Final Sale" event cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.
