Thank you for shopping at William Ashford. We are committed to delivering your order with care and in a timely manner. We are pleased to offer complimentary free shipping on all orders.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping on all orders is free of charge. Delivery estimates are as follows:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages and Lost Shipments
William Ashford is committed to ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. We take full responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.
Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@williamashford.in within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Lost Items: If your order has not arrived within 10 business days and the tracking information has not updated, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with our shipping partner. If the package is confirmed to be lost, we will be happy to send you a replacement.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of India.
